If you are starting your career in Accounting and you want a degree then the EIT Bachelor of Accounting is just right for you.
This programme is the first unified national programme – this means, if you begin studying with us, then move to another city or town in Aotearoa, then you’ll be able to seamlessly transition through learning and employment in a multitude of contexts to suit your changing circumstances.
There are lots of degrees and content is often quite similar, our point of difference is that we offer a practical approach together with a supportive learning environment and lots of practical hands-on experience.
OutlineFull-time students take four 15 credit courses per semester, part-time students can take one to three courses per semester and may choose to study only part of the year.
The programme distinguishes itself from many other business degrees being more practically oriented with a work-based placement.
You can expect a supportive environment with small classes and positive, experienced staff.
A further advantage is readily available one-to-one advice on course selection targeted towards your chosen career.

“At EIT I’m enjoying discovering passions I never
knew I had. To be able to study a degree solely
focused on accounting is amazing! I want to show
people with disabilities that they can do anything
they choose. A degree is achievable no matter
