From the preservation of our beautiful natural resources to sustainable land management, the EIT Environmental Management diploma will equip you with the knowledge and skills to participate in and manage community or government driven environmental projects.
This level 6 diploma will prepare you for roles in conservation, resource management and environmental monitoring, research and consulting, and leads on to the Bachelor of Applied Science (Biodiversity Management).
OutlineThe programme focuses on environmental issues, their impact on societies and ecosystems, and their mitigation.
The terrestrial strand will equip you with knowledge of soil science, water resources, biodiversity, ecology and organism monitoring. You will also learn how to identify and manage the resources for environmental monitoring and develop skills in GIS.
